The price difference between the 2016/2016 millermatic is not important to me , and the weight diff is not a huge deal . I'm interested in either the 2015 Millermatic 211 vs the 2016 Millermatic 211 inverter . Most of what I do is 0.065 up to 1/4" . So, if talking about Lincoln 210 MP, it offers a 40% duty cycle on 100 Ampere, whereas, the machine has a 25% duty cycle at 200 amp. And if supplied with 110A, then you can savor a 100% duty cycle. While the Miller 211 duty cycle seems to be 40% at 150 amperes. Likewise, it has a 20% duty cycle at 115 amp.The build quality is nicer than expected and I think it is a nicer unit than the old miller 211 it replaced. Some manufacturer's will have a safety thermocouple and auto change settings to protect. The 180C is not more heavy duty than the Dual, it actually weighs less than the Dual due to to having less internal parts. The Dual is $105 MORE expensive than the 180C. The only reason the 180C may have been more money was due to Lincoln having a promotion on the release of the Dual.
