Prue has more of the typical "oldest" personality traits that guide and direct most interactions and Piper is more submissive to her. However, Piper is also the only one that can question Prue and encourage her growth. Prue didn't have a long-term onscreen relationship or a man she pursued. I long felt that the best ending of TBBT would be for Penny to reveal her true identity, Billie, to future whitelighter, Leonard, as well as Raj and Howard, while calling for Paige to orb them away from the demon, Sheldon.
